Help the Red Knights International Firefighters’ Motorcycle Club to send pediatric burn victims from University Hospital’s Clark Burn Center to summer camp
Starting Point: Nedrow Fire Station
Registration: 10:00 am to Noon
Ride leaves at 12:00 noon sharp! The ride will be about 100 miles with a gas stop at the half way point. Rain Date: Sunday, July 20nd.
Donation: $20/Bike

NAVAC Ambulance Golf Ball Drop
NAVAC Ambulance will once again be hosting their annual golf ball drop at The Pompey Club on July 28th. A 50/50 raffle in which the numbers on the tickets that are purchased are put on golf balls. The golf balls are then placed in a huge bucket, taken up in a helicoptor, and dumped on a green. The ball that goes in the hole wins the 50/50.
Last years winner won over $1200.00.

Missing Thermal Imaging Camera
The North Syracuse FD is missing their thermal imaging camera. They conducted an investigation to locate it, but turned up nothing. It has since been reported to the New York State Police for investigation and criminal prosecution.
The camera is an MSA Evolution 5000 TIC serial #A4-12377-C04. It was purchased from Jerome Fire Equipment on 5/31/05. The North Syracuse FD does request criminal prosecution of anyone possessing the TIC and this information was relayed to the NYSP.
It was clearly labeled with North Syracuse Fire Department stickers, Ink marker labeling and a North Syracuse Fire Dept bar code label. Also connected to it was the detachable/retractable lanyard.
Any assistance on this matter would be appreciated.
